International shipping rates are calculated by the weight and dimensions of the product.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Elysium is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Please note, Elysium is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Hong Kong Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If we fail to meet your expectation, we will accept returns of our products within 10 business days from the day the product was delivered to you.

Elysium will process the return payment within 3 business days of receiving the product. We will return the purchase amount excluding the original shipping charges and bank handling fees.
