2.     Promotional Activities

2.1       We do not create deceitful hype of a product by showing the product as “sold out”. If a product is genuinely out of stock, it will take us good 8-16 weeks (or more) to restock that item.

2.2     We do not sexualize our products or use women as sex symbol in advertising.

2.3     Our marketing is devoid of all forms of discrimination.  

 

3.     Influencer Marketing

3.1       We do send out PR packages to influencers with a hope to generate organic and experienced based product review.

3.2     We do not partner with any influencer with a target of “positive” review only.

3.3     Our sponsorship will only be for the purpose of introducing a product or showing the correct use of that product rather than sugar-coating it.

 

4.     Elysium Customers

4.1       We are dedicated to providing the best possible customer EXPERIENCE with high quality products

4.2     We promise to treat each customer with highest level of respect.

4.3     We, also, request our customers to treat Elysium team with respect as well. In case of problems with your order, please contact us. We will solve it.

 

5.     Environment

5.1       Elysium respect the environment and is deeply worried about the current situation of the global environmental issues.

5.2     We try our best to minimize waste and encourage recycling and reusing in every stage of our operation.

5.3     We do not claim ourselves as a fully environmental-friendly company as of now. However, we promise to give continuous effort to build Elysium as an earth friendly corporation in the shortest possible time.

 

6.     Competitor

6.1       We do not support bad-mouthing our competitors. We work hard to build our reputation based on our products’ performance and customer experience.

6.2     We abstain from copying or demeaning competitors’ products.

 

7.     Elysium Team

7.1       Despite having designations, all personnel are considered as equal “TEAM” members.

7.2     Every team member must promote and model highest level of humility and integrity.

7.3     Team members are treated fairly regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, marital status or disability. This policy is reflected on current team members and in all phases of employing new team members. 

 

8.     Legal

8.1       Elysium is run by complying with the applicable laws, rules and compliances.

8.2     We maintain confidentiality of all the related parties except when authorized or legally obliged.
